[daip] MWFLT bug

Dear AIPS Authors,

In MWFLT.FOR - subroutine FILTER at line 705 the array CSIZE is declared
as 2048 elements. It produces nasty output while trying to work
on images wider than 2048 pixels.
As the teporary solution I doubled the size and was happy with my image,
but it is probably not the best way to solve the problem.
