[daip] reading old format UV data from tape

I have a tape with the old format of UV data (written using the
15JUL95 version of AIPS.  How do I read this in using the 31DEC01
version?  I have tried both UVLOD (with ERROR=0 and ERROR=2) and 
FITLD and get the same error:

I did use dd to copy this file from tape to disk using a block size of
28800.  Is this correct?
