[daip] FITLD bug?

Jim,

I thought I would send the inputs if someone was
interested.  I also have the FITLD messages.  There
is a subarray condition whenever the calibrator
source is being observed, b/c HALCA stays on the
target source.  But my main concern is that after
file 6 it loaded in the target source along with
the calibrators even though the target sources
was not in the SOURCES list.  But I will study
further.  I want to see if I load the files in
individually they act similarly.
