I think you got the wrong file.  The Y1 Tsys file
is bk071ccal.y.gz.  I looked at bk071ccal.y.gz and
it looks like a "normal" Y1 Tsys file.  Do you
know how to deal with them?  They must be edited
slightly.  There are some brief instructions in the
comments at the top of the file.  If you have
