[daip] Linking problems with AIPS

It seems the installation failed on the following:

Undefined                       first referenced
 symbol                             in file
rl_completer_quote_characters      
/appl/aips/31DEC01/SUL/LIBR/APLSOL/SUBLIB(ZGRLTC.o)
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to
/appl/aips/31DEC01/SUL/PREP/DAIP

The files that did not properly link appear to be:

AIPPGM.LIS:/appl/aips/31DEC01/AIPS/PGM/AIPS.FOR
AIPPGM.LIS:/appl/aips/31DEC01/AIPS/PGM/DAIP.FOR

How can this be fixed?
