Probably not - but OI also would not use any BP table you found with
the loaded data.  I was not aware that BA tables were ever written
with VLBA data aand hence that BA2BP should be tested and made to
work.  If you have done any data selection - e.g. bchan, echan, bif,
eif - then the BP table will definitely not be correct.  Is there is
fact a bP table attached to the file?
