    I have checked and there should be no problem EXCEPT that the
velocity system is taken from the first scan of the data set.  Many
people observe with a fixed frequency for their calibrators and hence
the system calls those topocentric in no velocity system.  The
following scans may be tracked LSR and the table header will not be
changed.
