Hi, we have a short paper which describes a movie making script implemented
as a RUN file in AIPS. We are interested in submitting it as either an AIPS
memo or VLBA memo, whichever is more appropriate (probably the former). I
saw your name on the bottom of the AIPS memo webpage so decided to write to
you. 

Who should I submit this paper to? Should it conform to some style, etc?
