Frazer Owen and James Robnett produced much of that document
except the AIPS file changes.

The web pages says to re-run INSTEP2 and INSTEP4. So far as we
can tell nothing should be trusted. A lot works but which ? TVFLG
and IMAGR and TVBOX verb in AIPS were among the known failures.

I did not do anything to SPFLG in quite a while other than have it
display multiple IFs at once. These new computers have the memory and
speed to do things well that older Solaris boxes choked on.
