Teddy,

Ahh yes, I have had this problem.  There isn't a way to make
CLCAL deal with this situation.  To fix this, the easiest
thing to do is to run SNCOR on the SN table out of PCCOR, to
"zero" the phases and delays. And then run CLCAL using ANTE=0.

Here is a recipe for running SNCOR:
   Run SNCOR twice:
       - set SNVER to the SN table created by PCCOR
       - set ANTENNAS to Y1
       - set OPCODE = 'ZPHS'
       - all other adverbs should be defaults
       - run SNCOR
       - set OPCODE = 'ZDEL'
       - run SNCOR
