There seems to be several interesting aspects to JPRECS.

If the DELDAT is different, rather different results occur.  The
coordinates from FITLD (DELDAT=1) and CLCOR(=0.1) differ bu > 100
milliarcsec.  But even with a small DELDAT and the same value the
EPO -> APP -> EPO is left with about 4 milliarcsec disagreement
between the initial EPO and the resulting EPO.

Leonia - can you loook into this?  I have a program to help you test
this - so me for a copy.
