The mneessage refers top the $SYSLOCAL version where there is a link
to PP.FOR and to ZTRLOG.C.  The latter was replaced by a new ZTRLOP.C
and the former was revised.  There should actually be noneed to
rebuild anything at this point since no functionality was changed.
