[daip] can not zap the uv data

The header file is empty so it does not know what other files might be
there and chooses to leave the catalog entry in place to prevent the
kind of colllisions that could occur.  I have this on my wishlist to
write something elaborate to recover.  There are ways out of this
(exit aips, rm the CB file involved, RUN RECAT, etc.) but they run
some risks too.
