Subject: TY in DBCON

Dear Dr Eric Greisen,

When I recently got my VLA data in two separate files and combined them
by DBCON I discovered an inconvenience that the TY table from
the second file was not added to the first one. I use AIPS release of 31DEC99.

I overcame the problem by first adding "1" to the "time" column
in the second TY table (as the data were gathered after midnight)
and then appended the table to the first one by TABED.
