Eric,
All of the ftp transactions have date stamps, there are a good number of
duplications. Some are undoubtedly updates (refreshes) others are probably just
additonal copies downloaded for other reasons. Whatever, here's what I propose
to do for counting:
All of the transactions will be counted as a distribution, the criteria I'll use
for refreshes will be > 30 days in between transcations. i.g.
Reversed Host Name (username) What they got When They Got It

(count as 2 refreshes)

(no refreshes counted)
6 ftp's of 31DEC01, 2 refreshes

Let me know if this is OK, or advise otherwise; I'd like to get this all done by Friday Evening.
Ernie
