Hi,

We are submitting a new task for your consideration.  Called UVNOV, it
is a modification of UVNOU that attempts to flag RFI, based on our
experience with 4MASS.  It has been written largely by Wendy Lane.

I've dropped UVNOV.FOR and UVNOV.HLP in
<URL:ftp://ftp.aoc.nrao.edu/pub/incoming/egreisen/UVNOV.tar.gz>.
