I know what this is - logging in to another advanced solaris site
found this one.  There is a routine that needs to be compiled without
optimization.  Since you are not running the MNJ it will work to

COMRPL $APLSUB/DECBIT NOOPT

COMLNK $AIPPGM/AIPS
COMLNK $QPGOOP/IMAGR
COMLNK $YPGM/*.FOR $YPGNOT/*.FOR

which is probably enough.

If you had been running the mnj then this would have been fixed when
it was found.
