When the image is in JY/BEAM (as shown in IMHEADER) then there must be a beam to define JY when integrating over some area in pixels. Your image has no beam in the header so there is no way to perform this conversion. IMEAN also requires that the number of iterations be >= 1. PUTHEAD and ADDBEAM can be used to force such header parameters. Eric Greisen
