[daip] suggestion for CCEDT

Dear DAIP,
  it would be very nice to allow CCEDT to take its inputs from a BOXFILE,
and/or from NBOX/CLBOX.  BOX2CC doesn't really take care of the problem,
first because it's a pain to copy the boxes from a BOXFILE to CLBOX, and
second because CCBOX can only handle 10 boxes, whereas I often want many more.
I realize this is probably not a high-priority item but it might be easy
to implement...
