[daip] VLBA utilities

Periodically, typing RUN VLBAUTIL within AIPS on
ohsumi is unsuccessful, due to "BLEW CORE!"
This seems to happen initially if I type it twice
during the same session.  That happened today,
so I logged all the way off sputnik and ohsumi,
then logged back on, started up AIPS again, and
had the same problem.

The first time it happened about 2/3 of the way
through the run file, this time it seems to
be happening right at the start.

Guess I have to move my data to another machine
to test the utilities today...
