Hi Colleen,

The tasks FRING, KRING, ACFIT do not have BIF and EIF as input parameters.
They use all available IFs in the data.

That means FRING and KRING find solutions for all IFs in the data.

ACFIT finds solution for all IFs also. The user should worry about tamplate 
being prapared for all IFs.

Hi,

For tasks like ACFIT and KRING where there is no input for BIF or EIF,
does AIPS recognize which IF you want?  For instance, if all your signal
is in IF2, and you try to run ACFIT on IF2 channels 100-300, will AIPS use
those channels or will it use IF1?
