[daip] Request for VC November 8

I've had a request for us to postpone the November 8 AIPS Meeting, or at
least the VC hardware and conference rooms, in favour of a meeting Roy
Norville and Allen Lewis need to have.  They have worse constraints than
we do, apparently.

I don't have a problem with this.  We can always use a point-to-point link
between one of the other AOC conference rooms and my office (804-296-0236)
if we don't decide to cancel.

So what do people think?  I told Roy I'd let him know...
