[daip] TIMDEST side-effects

Dear AIPS group

One of our users has succeeded in removing some data which were not backed
up by injudicious use of TIMDEST. Our system manager believes that it
might be possible to save some of the individual data-files, but is it
still possible to reconstruct the user catalogue if these can be
resurrected?
