[daip] ATCA data

Hi,

Crystal Brogan is trying to reduce ATCA data in AIPS.  We can't
find the magic incantation(s) that are needed to make AIPS
understand linearly polarized data.  Can somebody tell us how
this works?  I've tried Stokes ' ', Stokes '1000', Stokes 'I'
and various other things (as has Crystal).  Looking at the
AN table, the data appear to be properly labeled with
POLTYPEA = 'X' and POLTYPEB = 'Y'.
