Dear Lincoln,

I have found that the recalculation spacing in frequency in 
the spacing in velocity is more complicate than I thought.

I found the following formula at the Eric's AIPS Memo #27:

DV = -DF / [F_ref+DF*(N_V-N_F)] *(C-V_ref) 

Where

F_ref, V_ref are the frequency and velocity at the relevant 
reference pixels N_F and N_V.

If N_F = N_V then

DV = -DF / [F_ref] *(C-V_ref)

I used this formula with ALTDEF and it works.
