I do not see the codes in TBIN which can cause this.

TBOUT may appear in the history because you had used TBOUT with  
the same UV data you use with TBIN.

There are a couple of minor issues about TBIN that probably
should be addressed some day.  Priority low, but fix probably very
easy.

TBIN does not put in the message file the version of the table
that it is creating.  It should.

TBIN writes to the history file, but claims that it is TBOUT.  This is
deceptive, and also causes the entries to be missed when using PRTHI
with PRTASK set to TBIN.  It does included the version number of the
table written which is good.
