{Suggestion for new CLCAL feature.  It would be useful to be able to
 specify that CL entries not bracketted in time by SN entries should
 be flagged.  This should be available at least for 2PT and AMBG modes.
 As far as I know, CUTOFF cannot be used for this purpose instead.
