It looks to me like, when you request min/max bars in VPLOT and one of the input data points is zero and flagged (re=im=wt=0), the bar extends down to zero. This happens both for when the flagged data is one of both polarizations or one of more than one IF, it seems. Flagged points should be ignored. I can provide data if needed for a test. Craig
