[daip] scaling problem

Dear Designated AIP,

We have run into a very puzzling problem in which it appears that
our data is scaled down by a factor of 3.51 when calibration is
applied on the sparc stations. I have reduced the data on my
PC (pegaso) and on a Sparc (Tesuque). The raw data is the same:

pegaso:
 0/13:04:11.2 4- 5 -14850.42 -9429.25 1280.48 0.073 -40 2.1429

tesuque:
 0/13:04:11.2 4- 5 -14850.42 -9429.25 1280.48 0.073 -40 2.1429

but the calibrated data differs by 3.51:

pegaso:
 0/13:04:11.2 4- 5 -14850.42 -9429.25 1280.48 21.009 -26 2.1429

tesuque:
 0/13:04:11.2 4- 5 -14850.42 -9429.25 1280.48 5.976 171 2.1429

the phase difference could be due to application of a tropospheric
model, but that should have no effect on the calibration. The
amplitudes in the CL table are identical.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions about where this
scaling could originate.
                                                   - Greg
