[daip] AIPS on the SGIs at the AOC

i'm at the 'explorer' terminal, and i type:

explorer% aips pr=1 tst

and get:

START_AIPS: EXPLORER is not a valid AIPS host and cannot run AIPS.

hmmmmm.  what's up?
