[daip] permissions on the $FITS area on helios

the permissions on the FITS area on helios don't allow me
to create anything there:

helios<9>% pwd
/DATA/HELIOS_1/FITS
helios<10>% echo $FITS
/DATA/HELIOS_1/FITS
helios<11>% who am i
aips       pts/0        Jun 20 18:01    (planetas)
helios<12>% touch t.1
touch: t.1 cannot create

can you fix this?
