I am confused by this - PRTTP appears to work perfectly on your data.
There are no unknown records at the end of the file and CL tables
3,4,5 FQ 1, AN 1, FG 1,2,3 NX 1, SN 1,2,3,4 all appear.  Your data are
only 4000 records long (for the UV file portion) but it says it
skipped more than twice that - but in FITLD only not PRTTP.

How big is the dd file on disk?

Can I get a copy of it?
