    In this mode TVRGB requires 3 input images.  The 3rd one will be
the first one matching the adverbs IN3NAME etc.  That will be the
first image on the lowest numbered disk with an image.  It is that
image whose coordinates do not match.  Try setting the 3rd image to
one of the other 2...

BTW - I only figured this out by trial and error too...
