[daip] UVFND

I just wasted a bunch of time trying to get UVFND to work and then writing
a DAIP message about why it was broken. Then I discovered that OPCODE
is case sensitive and that it is possible to get the argument in lower
case by leaving the closing quote off when you set it. So if you type:
"opcode='clip " you get something reasonable looking in the inputs, and you
can get some detected points by fiddling WTUV, but you can't get it to
clip.
