{!We have read VLBA data from December 2, 1996 (correlated presumably in
 !late 1996/early 1997.
  
 PRTAN does not correctly list POLAR-X and POLAR-Y. They appear in the AN
 table properly.  However, the Y value is printed as the X value.  The
 X value is lost.  A zero is printed where the Y value should be.
