[daip] CLCOR and CL v. 1

it seems odd to me to still restrict CLCOR from using
CL table version 1.  since we can always recreate CL
version 1 (via INDXR if no other way), it seems to me
that it might be nice to allow CL version 1 to be used,
rather than always wanting it to be a 'pristine' version.
when there are alot of entries in the CL table, it can
get quite large, and it would also ease bookkeeping,
IMHO...
