Possm bug ?

  Yes POSSM depended on CATBLK in common not changing despite calls to
UVGET (which apply BCHAN and rearrange axes among other things).
Added a wrapper to protect the header.  It also got velocities wrong.

It will fix in tomorrow's mnj.
