I have run POSSM with non-zero SHIFT and POSSM finished succesfully.
I have checked the calculation of the shift in POSSM and it looks fine.

So can you tell me what do you mean saying:

You do not like the shifted outputs or the tasks fail to finish.

Any way give me more information about the problem.

In particular send me the parameters you used with POSSM
and imh of your data.
