[daip] DBCON problem

Hi.  I tried to combine a VLA C array uv data set with a D array data set
using DBCON.  Both sets had 32 channels and 2 stokes parameters and 2 IFs.
The channels are the same for both data sets.  After running DBCON I found
that the new uv set had 4 stokes.  When I tried to image the new set, only
the first 16 channels worked.  (IMAGR acts as if there's nothing in
channels 17-31, even though the header says that there are 32 channels.)
Also if I try to run UVPLT on the new data set for a channel greater than
16, I get the error message:

Is there an input that I'm missing on DBCON, or is there a way to deal
with this after the new file is made?
