commanche's ap size is 20 Mbytes. With a row size of 2048, a factor
of 2 to allow some minimal interpolation, and complex numbers a row
consists of 8192 numbers or 600 or so rows in the 5000000 words of ap.
I do not understand the algorithm in ALGSTB - I suspect that I may
have once understood it and do not remember - and so do not know why
it is not more clever in handling the spectral channels. I will look
to see if something can be done. But you should not hold your breath
since any algorithm change will take a lot of time to implement and I
am overworked...
Perhaps you should consider using more fields of a smaller size.
The other error message is a bit disturbing - perhaps the outermost
channel in a somewhat outer field fell of the edge of a swath for 1
sample. It should not be a problem.
