You can not get rid of the border but you should be able to make it very
small. Try

APARM(1) = 8.5			width in inches
APARM(2) = 11.0			height in inches
APARM(3) = 0.001		1/1000 inch margin 
APARM(4) = 0			units are inches
APARM(8) = 1			get rid of annoying user number
