AIPS allows there to be a password system based on the user number you
enter.  The only user number that starts with a password in place is
number 1.  I recommend that you do not use this number.  Choose any
other such as the number you use when at an NRAO telescope.  User 1
gets special privileges which ordinary users normally do not need and
should not want.  If you must be the Manager of your system, you will
find the password in the installation document.
