I concur with Lyndele on both counts. I've had the same experiences, including apparently deleting an entire series without receiving notification, or really remembering or finding any evidence of how or why, aside from Ferzen looking into it and confirming that yes, in fact, I had deleted the series!
Thanks,
JJ

I can tell you, from painful personal experience, that there are times when one may inadvertently delete a series, instead of a single event. This may have happened to Claire; someone may have attempted to delete one event in the series, and deleted all of them by accident (or see below for another possibility). Note that deletions should result in notification to the person that originally made the reservation.
I will also throw this out there: In addition to user error, I have, once or twice, had the experience of canceling a single event (using the tried-and-true method) and seeing the entire series disappear. I suspect a glitch that occasionally, under certain unknown conditions, asserts itself.
Thanks,
Lyndele

Any ideas? I can get more details from Claire if needed.
Maybe Lori and Ferzen can chase this down if it doesn't ring a bell with anyone here present.

Hi Pat,
There's definitely something more than just the 1-year timeout going on. I made a year's worth of reservations for Friday afternoons back in September, and even received notifications of those dates for which the rooms weren't available at that time. But they were all gone as of this morning, I had to re-make them all.
