Hi Pat,

There's definitely something more than just the 1-year timeout going on. I 
made a year's worth of reservations for Friday afternoons back in 
September, and even received notifications of those dates for which the 
rooms weren't available at that time. But they were all gone as of this 
morning, I had to re-make them all.
