[Calendar] Visitor entry

I tried using the visitor form advertised in Sheila Marks' "This week in
CV" announcement, but discovered it's broken[*].  And I don't think I
have the privs to directly add this to the CV visitor calendar, but...

Relevant info:

  Visitor: Stephan Witz (NRAO/Socorro)
  Arriving: 2014-10-25 (Sat)
  Departing: 2014-11-01 (Sat)
  Offices being used: ER105 (mine), ER310

Stephan will hang out either in my office (ER105), or in ER room 310
which we've cordoned off for web development discussion/demos and
training for our new WDG staff member (Chris O'Brien).  We've already
got a large monitor in there for the demos.

If someone can at least enter his visit in the calendar that would be
great.  Sorry to bug y'all about it.

[*] Yes, I get the irony in the webmaster complaining about a broken web
    page (!) but we're really not going to fix anything associated with
    the old and almost-replaced webevent at this point in time.
