OK, that seems to be working again.  I took the change.shtml file on
staff.nrao.edu/cal/, cleaned it up, made it send the form info to the
right place (it was going back to www.nrao.edu, not staff.nrao.edu), and
made the script work again.

Sorry for the interruption.  Keep calm, carry on...
