[Calendar] Meeting Reservation Request: Computing Security Committee -Green Bank

Hi All --

I usually try to do Pat's requests.  I found multiple entries for single dates -- really weird.

I have been dealing with this one this morning and now have it scheduled after removing multiple occurrences.  I had no idea you were working on it, JJ.  What I have now is everything in place with the exception of 4 dates in SO-280, which I have notified Natti about and asked her to check on a possible shift by the VLBA Software Meeting, or a substitute room for the Security meeting.  I'm waiting to hear back from her.

I think what we just had was a collision of people trying to work on it.  Everything looks fine now and as soon as I hear back from Natti, I'll be able to add SO location for the 4 dates.

Pat,

I just went into the calendar and extended the room reservation through the end of this year.

I think what happened is that I normally send out an announcement in December to make sure meetings are booked for the next calendar year, and this year I neglected to do that.  I completely forgot, and yours is not the first meeting to suffer.  I have, however, managed to do damage control and fix each instance similar to your own.  So far nobody has lost their space.

The NRAOCSC has had an ongoing reservation for CV-209, GB-137, and
SO-280 for its meetings for about a decade.  I see now that Andrea did
the right thing in confirming this for GB-137, but what happened to the
209 and 280 reservations?  They seem to have disappeared!!!!!
