arriving on Thursday, 10/21/10 and departing on Friday, 10/22/10.  Here are some of the details:

  * arrive ~ noon.  we'll bring our own lunches to eat on arrival.
  * fist activity- hands-on exhibit hall.  it was awesome!
  * second activity- tour of facility, see the GBT, explain how to
    operate 40 ft. radio telescope
  * dinner at cafeteria
  * groups to 40 ft. radio telescope to gather data.  other students
    will use computer lab.
  * sleep at bunkhouse
  * breakfast at cafeteria
  * first class- review data from telescope
  * second class- solar viewing (if clear) or pocket solar system
  * RFI detective
  * lunch at cafeteria
  * depart ~1
