Description:
or the public release on August 13, 2010 we are coordinating an eTownHall meeting to take place from 11:00am to 12:30pm EDT.  What does this eTownHall entail?  A public briefing/release event will be webcast live from the Keck Center of the National Academies in DC, including discussions on the report and its recommended program from the chair and several committee members and a short question and answer session.  Owing to the limited number of connections that will be available, we request and encourage folks to gather with their local colleagues and participate in the eTownHall by video link in group venues (such as lecture halls).  Participants will be able to submit questions for the committee by email and the presentation material used during the eTownHall will be made available publically on the Astro2010 web site along with a link to the report that will be available on the National Academies Press web site.
