Comments:    This is the STE Refactoring Meeting involving all five of us.  We anticipate staying at NTC for 
the duration.

Mary suggested using both the visitor office behind Penny and the one beside Pan with two
guests per office, and using the one behind Penny as a meeting/discussion place.

We may need a small 8-port ethernet switch for this time.  The one currently in my office
(SMC-EZ6508TX) should work nicely; I can move it for that one week.
